 RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund in 5 - 7 business days. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receiption of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station without contacting us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 - 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
